In this project, a set of use cases based on scientific publications and current scientific and industrial projects was collected. The following clustering was implemented in two dimensions, one on the compute objective (category) and one on the sector in which the research was executed:

• Three categories for compute objectives: Optimisation, Simulation, and Artificial Intelligence (The field of cryptography was excluded due to a lack of available sources.)
• Four sectors of research: Research and Development, Production and Manufacturing, Engineering and Prototyping, Supply Chain and Logistics

Following this, the results were visualized in the form of an interactive dashboard. The collected data was transferred onto a web page through the cloud design service “Webflow”. Each of the use cases contains a single-line overview, a short paragraph describing the use case, an overview of the hardware that the research team used, and the algorithms that were considered for the solution. As part of that collection, published research and web references for all scientific and industrial use cases were made accessible through links that allow community members to read more in-depth about each specific research result. In some cases, even a sample compute code was provided. The use cases are available now to ICNAP-community members.
